I've been consulting to small businesses for years, and I would prepare many so that the owner can transition out. It was only logical to now sell the businesses as well. It pains me to see business owners close their doors rather than sell, so my main focus is finding buyers for the business.

I am a Mergers and Aquisitions Advisor for Touchstone Advisors. Many businesses own their business location, and having my Real Estate license allows me to sell the building(s) with the business. 

My business transactions are typically between 1-4 million, but the company does deals that are a bit smaller and quite a bit larger.
